Our Hanover facility in Ontario includes 10 acres of land and a 48.8 thousand square foot growing space to produce 9.6 thousand kg of cannabis annually. Construction is underway and we are projected to complete by September 2019. We are projected to be licensed to cultivate, granted by Health Canada October 2019 and licensed to sell, granted by Health Canada December 2019, whereby our sales will commence immediately.

The following is a projection for the first five years of operation. Over the projected period, the Hanover facility revenue is expected to increase from approximately $15.3 million to $31.2 million. EBITDA is expected to increase from approximately $5.0 million to $12.7 million.
